We oversee all production and logistics—from vendor coordination, technical direction, venue operations, guest transport and seating, and marquee management to entertainment, activities, and photography scheduling—ensuring every moment runs flawlessly and reflects your vision.

Design Services

We craft a fully custom wedding concept from bespoke mood boards, renderings, décor, florals, stationery, and website design to curated lighting, entertainment, special effects, menu and wine guidance, sourcing every material through trusted partners and managing the budget throughout to bring your vision to life with precision and artistry.

After reviewing our brochure, schedule a consultation with us to explore the endless possibilities for your event. You’ll receive our prospective client questionnaire to help us better understand your vision and needs.

Proposal Creation

Following our initial consultation, we’ll provide you with a digital proposal and contract for your review. We’re here to answer any questions you may have to ensure clarity and confidence.

Official Agreement

Once you sign our straightforward e-contract and submit your deposit, we’ll dive into planning your event(s). We utilize a set of custom-designed tools to ensure a smooth and stress-free process.

04.

Onboarding & Venue Selection

Our first priority is to find the perfect venue(s) and secure your official event date(s), which will serve as the foundation for all other details. We’ll guide you through available options based on your budget and guest count.

To ensure every celebration receives the care and creativity it deserves, Vinova Events accepts only a limited number of projects each year.

Starting from €10,000 + VAT

For Lake Como weddings, we are pleased to consider more intimate projects on a case-by-case basis, as it is our home base and the heart of our work.
